What are your return Policies?
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns but faulty items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Items returned past the timeframe outlined above may be returned in exchange for a Maleeonline.com credit only. The amount of credit will be the current selling price of the items returned.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Malée reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the courier/ shipping details for your package. As a member of the Malée Tribe loyalty program, you can check the status of your order in your account order history.
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

Does maleeonline.com take telephone orders?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the telephone.

Maleeonline.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
What is maleeonline.com's international policy?
At this time, maleeonline.com does not ship outside of the United Kingdom. However, maleeonline.com does accept international credit cards with International billing addresses.
What if i have a problem with a malée product?
Malée is happy to handle faulty items (free of charge) that result from a manufacturing defect.
If you believe that there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, for fastest results you contact Malée Customer Service by email at email@example.com for instructions on how to return the item to our offices for inspection. We will replace your item free of charge if we determine, upon inspection, that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Typical turn-around time is one- two weeks.
Does maleeonline.com deliver on saturdays and sundays?
Maleeonline.com is unable to deliver a package on Saturdays and Sundays.
